Automated signals pipeline ingesting injury updates, depth chart changes, and status alerts from MLB Stats API and ESPN beat reporters. Runs every 2 hours. 497 active signals (265 NFL + 232 MLB). Feeds both /v1/intelligence/news and /v1/intelligence/injuries.
